During class today, Chef unveiled the menu for our first food service, a popup dinner on February 28 for family and friends. It's a little nerve-wracking to know we have to serve dinner less than two months into it.
First course: Mushroom Veloute (cream soup)
Second course: Butternut Squash Ravioli
Third course: Coq Au Vin
Dessert: Chocolate Souffle
We'll be assigned to a course team at random.
